5/24/09 - Several ID Cards mailed by SWTFOA Certification Chair Mica Barton have been damaged by the US Post Office, from a mailing she did the first part of May - she has about 15 returned from the USPS that we are working on replacing. If you have received one from her in a package marked "severely damaged" contact her at micabarton@yahoo.com if you need yours replaced.
2/19/09 - The 2009 NCAA Rules Interpretations have been released, see them here, they are also posted on the Rules page.
2/15/09 - Read the latest issue of the NFHS's Track & Field Pre-Meet Notes, which helps to clarify some of the NFHS rule changes & interpretations.
There is a document detaling the summary of the insurance coverage for USATF certified officials.
The Rules page has been updated - see Eric Zemper's article on the evolution of track & field rules over the last 100 years, the online 2009-10 NCAA rulebook, and other items.
11/6/08 - Certification/recertification clinics have been added to the calendar, check the Cert/Recert Calendar.
10/6/08 - The SWTFOA is participating in the Kroger "Neighbor To Neighbor" program - if you shop at Kroger and have a Plus Card, present this document when you checkout to have your PlusCard linked to the SWTFOA by scanning in the barcode at time of checkout. A portion of your total sale will be donated to the SWTFOA. You can also find the document online here.
Congratulations to David Tyson on being named the SWTFOA Field Official Of The Year, and to Carver Davis for being named the SWTFOA Track Official Of The Year.
