Certification/Recertification Calendar for 2008 Olympiad

**If you are a brand new certification or recertifying as an Association level official, be sure to download and print off the Association level test and the SWTFOA database form (both are PDF files which can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader) and bring them to the certification/recertification clinic. The USATF database form will be provided for you at the clinic. Remember that the $40.00/$60.00 fee covers your USATF certification and SWTFOA membership through the 2008 Olympiad (for more information on this go to the Member Services page)..**
